A deposit confirms your booking and locks in your time slot. It is not an extra charge — the full amount is deducted from your final tattoo price on the day of your appointment.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are not permitted. If you cancel or do not attend, the deposit is forfeited in full.
As a rule you may reschedule once, with at least 5 days' notice before your appointment date. Anything outside that is reviewed case by case — always message us as early as you can.
If your appointment is less than 5 days away when you book it, rescheduling is not available.
We work in fixed time slots. If you expect to be 20–30 minutes late, just send us a message and it is fine.
If you arrive more than an hour late without telling us, or the remaining time is no longer enough to finish without pushing into the next client's slot, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and keep the deposit. Please allow extra time for traffic.
