User Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and GDPR/PDPA guidelines, users who have interacted with Arma.ink through Instagram Direct Message, WhatsApp, or LINE have the right to request deletion of their conversation logs, consultation photos, and personal data.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Instagram Direct Message: Send a message to our official account @arma.ink stating "Request data deletion" along with your username.
  2. LINE Official Account: Contact our team on LINE Official @arma.ink stating "Request data deletion" along with your contact information.
  3. Email Support: Email our support team directly at contact@armaink.com with your social handle and request details.

Processing Time

Once received, all conversation logs, reference images, and contact records associated with your account will be permanently removed from our internal database and Google Sheets within 7 business days.
