Terms of Service & Studio Policies

Last updated: October 2026 • Arma.ink Minimal Tattoo Studio

1. Private Studio & Booking Only

Private Studio (Led by Female Artists): We operate as a private, cozy tattoo studio specializing in fineline and minimal tattoos, primarily led by female artists.
No Walk-Ins: Since we are a private studio, we generally do not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be booked in advance via LINE or Instagram so we can allocate a dedicated time slot for you.

Starting Price: Our starting price is 2,000 THB per design. Final pricing depends on size, detail complexity, and placement.
Price Estimates: Any price quoted beforehand is an estimate. The final price is settled after the tattoo is finished, as actual size, placement, or detail can adjust during the session.
Standard Deposit: A standard deposit of 1,000 THB per person, per session is required to lock in your time slot. For larger pieces (roughly 10,000 THB and above), we may request a 30% deposit of the quoted price.
Deduction from Final Price: The deposit is not an extra charge — the full amount is deducted from your final tattoo price on the session day.
Transfer Fees: Bank, international transfer, or platform fees (e.g., Wise, PayPal) are the client's responsibility and are not counted toward the deposit.

Strictly Non-Refundable: All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other people under all circumstances.
No Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted. If you cancel your session or fail to attend your appointment (no-show), the deposit is forfeited in full.

Rescheduling Notice (5 Days): As a rule, you may reschedule your appointment once, provided you notify us at least 5 days prior to your appointment date. Requests outside of this window are reviewed case by case.
Short-Notice Bookings: If your appointment is booked less than 5 days before the scheduled date, rescheduling is not available.
Running Late (20–30 Mins): We work in fixed time slots. If you anticipate being 20–30 minutes late, please message us in advance so we can prepare.
More than 1 Hour Late: If you arrive more than 1 hour late without prior notice, or if remaining time is insufficient to complete the piece without encroaching on the next client's slot, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and forfeit the deposit.

Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
Pre-Session Rest & Meals: Please ensure you get plenty of sleep, eat a full meal, and drink plenty of water prior to your session.
Alcohol Rule: Strictly avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session (alcohol thins blood and increases bleeding). We do not service clients under the influence of alcohol or substances.
Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.
Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, blood disorders, or pregnancy before the session starts.

Cover-ups: Cover-up designs must be assessed via clear photos of your existing tattoo before booking can be confirmed.
Touch-up Fee: For touch-ups on tattoos originally done at Arma.ink, service fees start at 500–1,000+ THB.
Aftercare Responsibility: We reserve the right not to guarantee touch-up results if the client failed to follow proper aftercare guidelines (e.g., Saniderm protocol, no scratching/picking, avoiding swimming/saunas for 2 weeks).

Private Entrance: Our studio is located inside a small soi behind a car park (91/2 Soi Ratchawithi 56, Bang Phlat, Bangkok 10700). Please follow our official Directions guide.
Do Not Ask Neighboring Shops: Please do not ask neighboring shops for directions, as most are unaware of our private studio. Message us directly on LINE or IG if you need guidance.
Hygiene: Please remove outdoor shoes at the entrance and maintain cleanliness inside the procedure room.
